Menstrual Cyle Chart

The chart below shows hormonal changes occuring within a normal menstrual cycle which can vary from 21 - 36 days.

Ovulation

1. Menstruating - After ovulation ie. for the last 14 days of the cycle.

2. Post menopausal - Day 1 to 24 inclusive (Taking Day 1 as the 1st of a calender month). Or continuously if symptoms return during days 25-28.

3. Osteoporosis - As for 1 or 2, depending on the cycle.

4. Hysterectomies - As for 1 if the ovaries have not been removed, as for 2 if removed.

5. Pre-pubertal, pubertal and peri-menopausal - As there are no cycles or very erratic ones during these times in a woman's life, the cream can be used between days 12-27 to regulate the periods or used continuously if symptoms persist during the off days.
